Frederick Oxby

Frederick Oxby was born in London, England, moved at a young age to Belgium and joined a drama class. He was selected and cast as "Young Robert" in the 1999 film "A Dog of Flanders". However, he gave up acting to join a punk rock band called Ducttape.
