Born in Santa Monica, Paul moved to Denver when he was four and remained there through high school. He spent his formative years both writing fiction and making super-8 movies, and when he attended the University of Miami he predictably took a double major in Motion Pictures and English. After graduating Cum Laude, Paul worked in film production while trying to mount a screen writing career, then switched gears into film editing, where he's made a solid mark as a top trailer editor. Although Hollywood has long courted Paul's writing, "Ten 'Til Noon" is his first produced screenplay. He then went on to direct the documentary "Official Rejection". Paul lives in Pasadena with his wife, Leslie, and his two kids, Elora and Andrew.
