Marc Marriott is an award-winning producer/director of television and film and a member of the Producers Guild. He has earned a reputation as a creative and innovative storyteller, emphasizing real people in extraordinary situations; from the dangerous world of logging in History Channel's "Ax Men," to the high-octane world of NASCAR racing in Discovery Channel's "Roush Racing: Driver X." He's been a series producer and director for The Discovery Channel, the History Channel, FOX, VH1, TLC, The Travel Channel, and ESPN. He directed and produced feature content for Walt Disney's video release of the feature film "Christopher Robin." Marc Marriott is a graduate of the Masters directing program at UCLA. From the time that his first film, Short Order, won the "Prix Canal Plus" at the Henri Langlois International Film Festival in France, to his appearance at the Cannes film festival with his film, The Snow Child, Marriott's productions have appeared in over 21 international film festivals, winning the Independent Film Channel Award, a Collegiate Emmy Award, and the Jimmy Stewart Crystal Heart Award from the Heartland Film Festival. At UCLA, he was the recipient of the James Bridges Award in Film Directing, the top award given by the graduate film program.
