She is an art historian, artistic director, and promoter of Mexican cinema. Graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where she was a professor of art history at the Fine Arts National Institute. She also served as the coordinator of temporary exhibitions at the Carrillo Gil Museum in Mexico City. As an art director, she worked on the television series La Hora Marcada (50 episodes) and Tony Tijuana (25 episodes) produced by Televisa México. In 1994, She transitioned to film, establishing as a production designer and artistic director on movies like La Reina de la Noche, for which I won an Ariel Award. Concurrently, she built a prolific career in advertising, working on local and international productions. She is an associate member of the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences (AMACC). In 2021, She founded @cineclubbarriomx, an organization dedicated to promoting Mexican films in Spain. We have hosted over 110 screenings so far. She is also directing a documentary about the disco-bar "El 9", which is in post-production. She lives between Mexico City and Barcelona.
