Robert J. McCully was born on February 4, 1923. McCully had a long and diversified career in several fields (which was advertising, radio and television, entertainment, public relations and fundraising). During his career, he was a writer on the Rege Cordic radio show. He and Joe Negri wrote, produced and appeared in 20 satirical musical revues, which had long runs in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA and as showcase productions in major cities. Since his retirement from Ketchum Inc. and McCully Productions, he had conducted classes at the Academy of Lifelong Learning at Carnegie-Mellon University and wrote editorials for KQV radio. He later passed away on August 28, 2011.
