Valentin Mihali is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on April 15, 1949 in Arad, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1973.In 1977, he plays first role in the movie Aurel Vlaicu. Other notable roles in films : Cel mai iubit dintre pamanteni (1993), Sper sa ne mai vedem (1985) and Vacanta cea mare (1988).
