Ionel Rusu is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born in 1947 in Bucuresti, Romania .He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1970. In 1971, he plays first role in the movie Michael the Brave. Known for films Misterele Bucurestilor (1983), Michael the Brave (1971) and Proud Heritage (1989).
