Stuart Pappe began his career in show business working in Walt Disney Studios's mail room. He studied editing as an apprentice at MCA/Universal. He got his first editing credit in 1967 for "The President's Analyst". He is best known for his work on "What's Love Got to Do With It" and most recently "George of the Jungle".
