Silvia Peyrou

Silvia Mabel Peyrou was born in a middle class family in a place called "Flores" in the Capital Federal of Buenos Aires. She began work as a dancer when she was sixteen - she and Gustavo Pastorini worked everywere and were the most representatives exponents of the disco dance mania of the late seventies and the early eighties. In the middles eighties she began to work on films, some successful like _Mirame la palomita (1984)_ and Las minas de Salomón Rey (1986). But her best work was in dramas like Abierto de 18 a 24 (1988). In 1993 she produced a film called "Despertar de pasiones" and also played the leading role with Luis Luque co-starring. She made several guest appearences in TV shows like: La familia Benvenuto (1989), el show de videomatch" (1989), "movete" (1998), "la revista del domingo" (1994), but she always will be the girlfriend of Minguito Tinguitella (Juan Carlos Altavista) in Supermingo (1986).
