Frances Victory was an American former child actress best known for her only film role as supporting character "Pigtails" in the Babe Ruth part-biopic Headin' Home (1920). Outside of this role, she was also prominent on Broadway, working in numerous stage plays from 1917 until 1936. These Include: Eyes of Youth (1917), Linger Longer Letty (1919), Daddy's Gone A-Hunting (1921), Letty Pepper (1922), Uptown West (1923) and Chalk Dust (1936).
