Lucy Smith

Lucy Neville Smith was born in Washington, DC. She was the only daughter of astronomer Edwin Smith and his wife Lucy Scott Smith. She was highly educated for her age and was encouraged by her father to continue her education into college. She went on to be a dedicated public servant working for the federal government for most of her life. Lilith was her only acting credit before her death on November 10, 1980, at the age of 92.
