Mike Stanley

Mike Stanley was born in Detroit, Michigan. He began making short films in 1978. Stanley created "Tales From Beyond The Graves Midnight Marquee" for public access television in 1982. Tales From Beyond ran from 1982-1989. The show quickly gained a cult following and is now considered a cult classic. In 1991, Stanley financed his first feature film Dead is Dead which he also wrote, directed and starred in. He is owner of Filmlab Showcase Pictures and his "old school" style of filmmaking is his trademark.
