Laurence Starkman

In addition to writing screenplays with his wife, Carla Malden, Laurence Sstarkman has directed segments for the Nickelodeon cable series. He also created, produced and directed two interstitial series for the Disney Channel. He is a graduate of the USC Film School and also attended The California Institute of the Arts. His first short film screened at eight major film festivals including Seattle and The Hamptons and received a Bronze Award at Worldfest-Houston, a Silver Award at the Charleston International Film Festival, and a Special Jury Prize at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival.
