Garreth Stover has directed several episodes of the TV series The Vampire Diaries as well as 2nd unit for the MOW Indecency. He has directed 2nd unit for numerous Feature Films; Phenomenon, Instinct, Daddy Care and American Sweethearts. Garreth Stover's (Production Designer) extensive and varied credits as production designer include Christmas with the Kranks and America's Sweethearts (directed by Joe Roth), Big Trouble (Barry Sonnenfeld), Daddy Day Care (Steve Carr), The Kid, Instinct, Phenomenon and While You Were Sleeping (Jon Turtletaub) and Unstrung Heroes, Wildflower (Diane Keaton), Thirteen Going On Thirty (Gary Winick, )Lost Souls (Janusz Kaminski) and Californication (HBO). Beyond the United States, his work has taken him to Jamaica, Curacao, Russia, France, Portugal and Iceland. Garreth Stover studied for a year at Art Center in Pasadena, received a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts from the University of California in Los Angeles, after which, Mr. Stover went on to do post Bachelor studies in Biochemistry at Columbia University in New York City. Garreth Stover has been featured in Architectural Digest and American Cinematographer. He has also coauthored on several scientific articles in Cell and Nature.
