Delilah Andre has made her debut in the director's chair with "WHITE DOVE: The Origin". She is of mixed race including Persian and Sioux American Indian. She's always had a passion for acting, writing and filmmaking and finally stepped up to the plate after turning down a lucrative acting role offered to her which gravely objectified women. Her frustration led to her taking charge of her artistic endeavors. Delilah has a deep desire to tell stories that educate, inspire and empower people. She has been steeped in the industry from a young age, working as an actor, model, coach, singer, and martial artist. Delilah began with a healthy obsession for writing stories since she was six years old, and later began acting at The Los Altos Youth Theater in Northern California, where she booked the lead in her first musical role as Lina Lamont in "Singin' In The Rain." She has modeled and worked with high profile celebrities such as Cindy Crawford, Chrissy Teigen, Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr, among others. Delilah has co-starred and guest starred in various TV shows including "Veronica Mars" and "The Mentalist." She's played leading and supporting roles in a variety of independent feature films and award winning shorts. Delilah has a soft spot for those who have endured tremendous adversity and seek to rise above. Due to a series of unfortunate events in her childhood, she developed PTSD, and found that a daily martial arts practice greatly contributed to her healing process. She's a National and International Kenpo Karate Grand Champion, and has studied many other styles including Tae Kwon Do and Wushu (Kung Fu). Her favorite weapons are the Wushu Straight Sword and Whip Chain.
