Michael Sussman

Michael Sussman Created and Executive Produced (with Kenneth Biller) the one-hour drama "Perception," starring Emmy® Award-winner Eric McCormack as a crime-solving neurologist, that aired for three seasons on TNT. A former television news producer, Sussman began his scripted career as a Story Editor on Paramount Television's "Star Trek: Voyager." He was promoted to Producer on the next spin-off series, "Star Trek Enterprise", starring Scott Bakula. In 2016, fans at the 50th anniversary "Star Trek" convention in Las Vegas chose one of Sussman's episodes ("In a Mirror, Darkly") as one of the "ten best" episodes of the franchise. His other television credits include "The Last Ship" for TNT and Executive Producer Michael Bay ("Transformers"); "12 Monkeys" for SyFy and Universal Cable Productions; the CBS drama "Threshold" starring Carla Gugino and Peter Dinklage; and the syndicated "Legend of the Seeker" for Executive Producer Sam Raimi and ABC Studios. Previously, he served as a writer and producer for KCAL-TV's Emmy® Award-winning "Prime Nine News," and shared the award for Best Newscast at the New York Festivals Television & Film Awards. He lives in Los Angeles.
