Eunice Wong is a classically trained actor who works in professional theatres across the United States and in New York City, as well as having appeared on HBO, NBC, ABC, Comedy Central, and in various films. Eunice is a graduate of the Juilliard School Drama Division. She studied piano and singing at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Toronto. Eunice was the recipient of the 2006 Helen Hayes Award (Washington Theatre Awards Society) for Outstanding Lead Actress, for her performance as Jennifer Marcus in the Studio Theater (DC)'s production of The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow. In 2007 Eunice was nominated for a Barrymore Award (Philadelphia Theater Alliance) for Outstanding Lead Actress, for her performance as Hope in the Walnut Street Theater's production of An Infinite Ache. She spent the summer of 2006 in Kyrgyzstan, living with Kyrgyz nomads and working with the Sakhna Theater Company and Yara Arts Group in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Eunice has appeared at New York City's Atlantic Theater Company, Classic Stage Company, Target Margin Theater, Katharsis Theater Company, the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, Yale Repertory Theatre in New Haven, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, the Studio Theater in Washington D.C., the Walnut Street Theater in Philadelphia, Virginia Stage Company, The Berkshires Theatre Festival, Merrimack Repertory Theater, La MaMa ETC, the Pearl Theatre Company, the Working Theater, National Asian American Theatre Company (NAATCO), Penguin Repertory, and NYSF/Public Theater, among others. Appearances on television and film include Law & Order (NBC), Sex & the City (HBO), Strangers with Candy (Comedy Central), The Job (ABC), Deadline (NBC), and My Sassy Girl (Gold Circle Films, 2007). Eunice is a member of Actors' Equity Association (AEA) and Screen Actors Guild (SAG). She writes for the Arts and Culture section of Truthdig.
