Katie Delozier

Grosse Pointe born and raised, Catherine "Kate" Delozier-Auld died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 15th, 2020 at the age of 45 in Boynton Beach, Florida. Kate attended Monteith elementary school in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, Parcells Middle School and Our Lady Star of the Sea in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. Kate graduated from Grosse Pointe South High School in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI in 1993. As a child, Kate appeared in the 1983 sports drama film Tiger Town, the first television film produced for the Disney Channel. In 1997 Kate graduated with a degree in Public Relations from Western Michigan University. After college, Kate moved to Chicago and pursued a career with Ralph Lauren and Gucci. Kate then moved on to a career in fine jewelry with Tiffany & Co. and Cartier. Kate had always wanted to live by the beach and sunshine. She moved to Florida and then chose to pursue her passion with cosmetology. Kate attended the Boca Beauty Academy and worked as a cosmetologist at Cloud 10 Blow Dry Bar & Beauty Salon in Delray. Kate's friends were endless, from city to city. Kate lived life to the fullest and always said she had built her life by design. Kate's laughter was endless and contagious. Kate had an adventurous spirit and a great sense of humor. Kate loved her family and friends deeply; her friends were her family.
