John Bruno

Born in NYC, John J Bruno (known as JB) has worked in production for more than 30 years, from First AD to UPM to line producer and producer. He was line producer or producer on films which won awards, including Town Diary (which he also co-wrote), Achchamundu!Achchamundu! and Man of the Century, which won the Audience Award at Slamdance. JB's production company, Fire Lotus Entertainment, provides production services from script breakdown and budget through filming and post. In 2016, we were NY line producer on Indonesian feature Letters for Raisa (now Terjebak Nostalgia) with all prep work done remotely with Indonesian creative team while our production team worked tirelessly in NYC. 2018 started with JB working on two important films with powerful messages; Producing and Line Producing John Gallagher's Sarah Q and line producing and PM on All the Little Things. In 2019 he was line producer on Adieu Lacan. He is currently working on a feature he has written and will be directing, A Demon on My Life.
