John Wahba's film making career began in Cairo, Egypt, where he was born and raised. He worked as a one-man crew shooting, editing, directing and producing various projects. In 1998 he crossed the big ocean to join Big Idea Productions then located in Chicago, Illinois. There he fell in love with CG animation and quickly became the chief editor for the direct to video hits, "VeggieTales" and "3-2-1 Penguins," as well as VeggieTales first feature film, Jonah. In 2003 John joined DNA Productions in Irving, Texas, where he worked on "Jimmy Neutron," the Nickelodeon TV show, and The Ant Bully, Warner Bros feature film. John's latest feature film was Universal's "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything" John lives now in beautiful Franklin, TN where he continues to work on various animated narratives.
