Jacqueline Harris has appeared as a leading lady in film, television and theatre in her native England and also in Los Angeles, where she resides. She has written, directed, produced and performed four theatre shows that have successfully toured some of London's top theatres and has written and performed a sketch comedy one act 'Hot Property', which played to sold-out audiences at 'The Comedy Underground' in Santa Monica, California. She plays the BBC Reporter, Mathilde Seymour in 'The Objective', directed by Daniel Myrick (Blair Witch Project) and produced by Jeremy Wall, which was an 'Official Selection' of the 2008 Tribeca Film Festival in New York and is set for worldwide release soon. She can also be seen in the film 'Reservations', directed by Aloura Charles, which has played on Showtime Australia and has been selected as the Opening Night Premiere for the 'World of Women Film Festival', in Australia, October 2008. She has also appeared on NBC's 'The West Wing.' Jacqueline has worked as an 'In-house Producer and Writer' at top Los Angeles commercial production company 'Believe Media' and has also worked at Warner Brothers Hollywood, assisting Producers at 'Darkwoods', Frank Darabont's film production company during the filming of 'The Majestic', starring Jim Carrey. She has worked on numerous film and television projects, both in production and on set as a story researcher, production coordinator and assistant director. Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, was awarded a scholarship to Drama School in London, England and was her school chess champion. When Jacqueline isn't acting, she's writing and is enjoying penning a feature screenplay. Jacqueline is a member of SAG, British Equity, AFTRA, ATAS and BAFTA (committee member) She has a green card and is the voice of the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Hollywood.
