Liz Gallagher is a producer and former founding partner of The Shot Entertainment and DGS Talent Management. Liz began her career in comedy at NBC's Saturday Night Live (1993-1997) and later under the guidance of Edie Baskin and Norman Ng, Liz went on to become one of the Art Coordinators for the book, Saturday Night Live - The First Twenty Years.(1996) After SNL, Liz worked as a manager with Steinberg Talent and Ken Treusch Management in New York City (1998-2003). Her former clients have gone on to work at SNL, HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central, MTV, Spike, BET, VH1 and all five major television Networks. Liz has developed and produced at HBO's Workspace/Comedy Central Stage in Los Angeles and the NBC's Workspace in New York City. Liz also had the opportunity to work with Ken Treusch and acclaimed Director Gavin O'Connor, Winner of the Sundance Filmmaker's Trophy for "Tumbleweeds" which received critical acclaim, a Golden Globe for lead actress Janet McTeer and an Academy Award Nomination. Liz was Associate Producer for the short film, "Glory at Sea" which won the 2008 Wholphin Award at the SXSW Film Festival. The film was the grant recipient of multiple organizations including Rooftop Films, The New York Arts Council and the Jerome Foundation. She is also a producer on the animated feature "Dear Beautiful" which was at Sundance (2009 animated shorts program). Liz also recently completed several shorts with SNL alum including "Rick Jeffers", starring Brian Petsos and SNL's Kristen Wiig, "The Key Fits" with Bill Hader, Kristen Wiig and Brian Petsos, and "Falseface" with Brian Petsos and Will Forte. All of which have been featured on Will Ferrell's Funny or Die.com. Liz was last seen working as an associate producer for executive producer, Chris Rock, on Totally Biased (with W. Kamau Bell). She loved assisting the producers for Gasland II for HBO. And last, but not least, was one of the talent coordinators for Approval Matrix with Neal Brennan, on the Sundance Channel.
