Vedat Karaokçu was born in 1905 in Thessaloniki, Greece. He was an actor, known for The White Owl (1948), The Swashbuckler's Love (1948) and Cicero, the Spy in Ankara (1951). He was married to Handan Adali. He died on June 2, 1960 in Freiburg, Germany.
