Russell Swanson

After almost a decade of assisting top commercial and feature cinematographers, Russell Swanson began shooting in the mid 90's. He amassed hundreds of commercial and music video credits for national advertisers such as Mercedes Benz, Johnson & Johnson, Sony, McDonald's, Sears, Budweiser, Reebok, AT&T, and musical artists such as Tom Petty, Will Smith, The Roots, NIN, Good Charlotte, Stain'd, Depeche Mode, Nickelback, and Gloria Estafan to name just a few. He recently began his 4th season of shooting Field Production segments for Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Working bicoastally, Russell lives in Connecticut with his wife, Annie, where they are raising their 3 children.
