Dave LeBlanc

Prominent radio personality since 1974, Dave LeBlanc is a community oriented family man. Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, a twin and the youngest of five boys, Dave moved to Sydney when he married Anna (Sookie) Nichols in 1972. His good natured personality, along with his musical talent, made him a well known fixture in many circles. He still plays in a band and sings at every opportunity as well as serves on many community boards as he has done in the past. His claim to fame is that no matter where he travels in the world, even Switzerland, he meets someone he knows. He is currently with the athletic department of the University College of Cape Breton.
