Emma Randall is an Australian Film and Television Actor. She attended the Queensland University of Technology where she graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts. Majoring in set design, Randall spent her formative years working in the Art Department of various film, theatre and commercial projects, regularly building scale models for stop-motion animations. In her mid 20's she began working as a film projectionist. A self professed lover of film, it was a career she held for over a decade. Randall's passion for acting was constant though and she went on to study screen acting at The Actors Workshop and soon began her career in front of the camera. Appearing in the debut features of The Spierig Brothers (Undead) and Kriv Stenders (The Illustrated family Doctor), she was awarded Best Female Actor at the Queensland New Film-Makers Awards for her work in Rebecca Parker's "Once I Was", and later won Best Ensemble Cast at BAFF for her performance in Joe Bauer's "Australiens". Grateful to work with some of Australia's most prolific film directors, Randall is excited by every new project that allows her to explore the complexity of life with all its rough edges.
