As a native from Miami, directing and editing began early for Fro as a graduate of the film school at Miami International University of Art and Design. Immediately after graduation, Fro began working for Fox Sports in Los Angeles as both Editor and Producer. Wearing both hats, he worked on many different projects for Formula 1 Racing, Nascar, NFL, NBA, World Soccer in addition to many other Sports programs. The experience he gained in both disciplines provided Fro a strong foundation on which he would continue to build his skills and passion. Returning to Miami in 2005, Fro joined NewArt Miami (formally Circolo editorial) as an Editor and continued honing his craft. He has since edited projects for a variety of agencies and spots for such clients as AT&T, McDonald's, Trident, Subway, Sony, SC Johnson, Winn-Dixie and Chevy. Simultaneously, Fro continued to follow his passion which led him to direct numerous commercials for brands like AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Volkswagon, Sony, Kaplan University and Foot Locker/Adidas just to name a few. Fro also had the opportunity to direct numerous music videos for bands like N.E.R.D., Afrobeta, Rachel Goodrich, and JESP. In 2008, Fro Directed the Award Winning Short Film "Pencil Fighting: The Life and Times of Team Balderdash". This comedy won the Grand Prize of BEST Short film at the Orlando film festival, Los Angeles Backlot film Festival and the Miami Underground Film Festival. The Miami New Times also awarded the film "Best Movie shot" in Miami. Pencil Fighting was also accepted into numerous film festivals around the world. In 2009, he released "Inventing Kin". This short film won BEST short film awards at the New York International Film Festival and at the Los Angeles Backlot Film Festival. This film also played at numerous film festivals including the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and the Orlando Film Festival. This past year, Fro directed "With Me", a commissioned short film starring Josie Loren of ABC Family's "Make it or Break it" television show . And is in post production of his anticipated first directorial feature film "Uncle Daddy" starring Kelly McGillis, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Joey Dedio, and Frankie Faison.
