Jacob Hair

Jacob Hair is an American filmmaker whose foundation in visual art and sequential illustration informs his work in film and television. He studied Sequential Art at the Savannah College of Art and Design before relocating to Los Angeles. Hair started in animation and art departments, gradually expanding his roles to include assistant director, storyboard artist, and ultimately director. On television, he has directed episodes of animated and live-action series, often contributing to storyboarding and post-production editing — indicating a hands-on, multi-stage working method. Through his career he has collaborated with creative teams in writing, art, direction, and production.
