Tulla Hauge

Olga "Tulla" Hauge was born on Kråkerøy, (Fredrikstad) Norway, in august 1917, as daughter of Carl Georg Hauge and Olga Mathilde Lie. In the thirties she played in smaller theater companies, such as Bjørnevik and Engebrett. During the war she played at the National Theater, and at The Norwegian Theater, and she also appeared in a couple of films. Tulla Hauge was also widely used as a narrator, and after the war she continued with her performances in this area. She also founded an amateur theater for youth called The Little Theater, where she worked as a manager and director for many years. Twice married, she died in August 1999, six months after her second husband.
