Anna Beck

Born in Malta. Father James Beck, mother, Vincenza Valentino. Studied drama at Manoel Theatre Academy of Dramatic Arts, under Adrian Rendle and Peter Cox. Shared courses with Michael Tabone. Worked in numerous theatre productions by Chekov, Verga, Pinter, Neil Simon, Samuel Beckett, Eurepides, Gogol, Jean Jenet, Schnitzler and many others. Appeared in various TV shows in Malta. Was in various TV serials produced for Maltese television. She was also in many radio drama productions. Was awarded Best Actress Award Golden Knight - Malta 1988. Her role in _Revelations (2001)_ as the alchemist's wife was her first film appearance.
