Margo Rowder

Margo Rowder grew up in Parker, Texas - home of Southfork Ranch (seen in the opening credits of the original "Dallas" TV series). Margo studied design and music at the University of North Texas and moved to Chicago after graduation. There, she spent seven years in traditional print/TV advertising art direction before moving into writing professionally. Storytelling, content creation, performance, and production have always been deep interests, from watching "Making Michael Jackson's Thriller" dozens of times as a kid, to starting a career among commercial production sets, telling stories onstage and in film, and surrounding herself with friends of immense creative talent. Connecting with people - whether on the page, in film, or onstage, through the emotion of stories, music, dance, or comedy - is Margo's highest goal and gift.
