David Morwick is an award-winning actor, writer and filmmaker. He won Best Actor at the Cannes World Film Festival, Best Actor at the Best Actor & Director Awards New York, Best Actor at the Actor Awards Los Angeles, and Best Actor at the New York Film Awards, for the award- winning film, "Ticking." David was also winner of the Boston Globe Best Actor Award for his role in Neil Simon's "Plaza Suite." Some of his TV credits include, "The Trouble With Billy", " Good Cops" and "Against the Law." He co-starred with William McNamara in the political thriller, "The Audit". Some of his other film credits include the role of a sadistic drug dealer in "Undocumented", the romantic lead in the bittersweet comedy/drama, "Where Are They Now", a fiery political advocate in 'The Mondavi Gang" and the boyish innocent in "Little Erin Merryweather", a cult horror film that was named Best Picture at the Woods Hole Film Festival. For this role he was named to the Top Ten Final Boys of Horror. He was awarded "Most Promising Filmmaker in New England" by the Boston Underground Film Festival. David has also worked as a producer on Emmy award-winning documentaries and was a producer for "Blackwater Blues", starring Jason London and Corin Nemec. He is an alumnus of Emerson College in Boston where he received a BFA in Acting. He also attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.
