Casey Green is a Director, Producer, and Writer for Film and Television who currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife. He also is a pianist, and composer. His musical roots come from being the son of world-renowned Jazz Trombonist, Urbie Green, and Broadway Singer/Actress, Kathy (Preston) Green. Casey grew up in the entertainment and tech industries having created many shows and managed various production departments. As a pioneer in new media, he has been developing groundbreaking interactive content since the late 90's, including live webcasts, fan shows, VodCasts, as well as Network shows. In 2011, Casey Co-Created and Co-Produced the interactive game show "Let's Ask America", which went into syndication through Scripps Networks and Telepictures on ABC affiliates across the US, as well as cable (Game Show Network). It featured a first of its kind format with contestants competing remotely from their homes via webcam, while the host and audience were in the studio. During season three, Casey and his colleagues produced the spin-off "Let's Ask Cincinnati", which earned him the honor of a regional Emmy© award for Directing from the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences. He also directed 24 episodes of the super hero match-up debate show, "Fascinating Fights", and wrote and directed three short films that were used as training material for RED Digital Cinema's camera seminars. Currently, Casey is freelance Directing and Producing live-multi camera productions as well as consulting on state of the art immersive cinema and VR projects. Some recent clients include CBS Interactive ("Big Brother After Show" and "Survivor: Beyond The Buff"), E3 (Live Streaming), Space 150 ("Call of Duty"), NTWRK (eCommerce), WAV (Hip Hop Concerts), Vimeo, Marvel Entertainment (SDCC and NYCC), Tinder, and Netflix. Casey is a member of the IATSE Local 695 and has worked as a Video Coordinator for PrimeTime TV Series and Feature Films for major studios.
