MJ Shaw

Melissa-Jane (aka MJ) worked as an Actor in film, TV, radio and theatre for 30 years. She stepped away from acting in 2019, but continues to work as a Choreographer on set, for both small and large scale productions. MJ founded theatre company Seventh Stage Productions in 2006, LaRouge Entertianment in 2008 and now owns and runs her movement studio Soul Fuel in Bloor West Toronto, which provides 100s of classes online, in-studio and worldwide on retreats. She is a leader in fitness, movement and wellness.
