Jonathan Salemi

Jonathan Salemi is a motion picture writer, director and producer. Jonathan has directed and produced critically acclaimed and world-wide distributed short films, feature documentaries, and television. The Boston native moved to Los Angeles at 22 years old and started as an intern at Sony Picture Studios for Academy Award winning producer Douglas Wick. Doing screenplay coverage during the day and writing his first feature at night, Jonathan raised the funding, received grants from Panavision and Kodak, and directed his first movie. It went on to receive theatrical distribution and be featured in The Hollywood Reporter and Variety. Jonathan is based in Los Angeles.
