Jojo started her foray into stunts and action in 2011 at the International Stunt School in Seattle, before redirecting her focus to dance. Over the next 6 years, while teaching dance, she attended acting classes and occasionally dabbled in film as an actress. In 2016, she split her focus once more, performing as a dancing actress in the 2016 and 2017 stage productions of the Polar Express in New Orleans. In 2018, she finally decided to quit teaching dance and return to action and stunts - her original passion in film. This career change came with a location change, as well, taking her to Tokyo, Japan. For the next 5 years, she trained with Japanese stunt professionals and accrued credits as an action actress and dancer in Japanese commercials and television. In early 2023, Jojo decided to repatriate to the United States, landing in New Braunfels, Texas. Now, she is reestablishing her presence in American film and television as a stunt performer and action actress.
