Mark Ross Edrys was born in New York in 1965. After moving to Richmond, Virginia, in 1979, he developed an interest in music, and played in the John Randolph Tucker High School marching band. Afterwards, he was in a number of local rock bands in Richmond, most notably the funk/punk trio "Just Because". Mark attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where he became involved with student films and local theater. His first major role was an uncredited role in 20th Century Fox's "The Last of the Mohicans" He then moved to Hoboken, New Jersey, where he worked in the New York area as an actor and a personal fitness trainer. He then spent some time in Las Vegas, Nevada and finally settled in Los Angeles, where he works as a screenwriter, actor and a radio personality on "The Magic Jackson Show" saturdays on KLAS 89.7 FM.
