Schatar Sapphira Collier is the host and creator of "Poultry Princess: Cooking With Schatar" the TV series. which airs on Amazon Prime and now on Roku on the My Documentary TV channel. She is the co-founder of New Vista Studios, a technology and digital entertainment company which produces films, documentaries, websites, video programs, interactive e-learning content, podcasts, e-books, audio-books, and television programming. Schatar is an American Legion Distinguished Scholar, a recipient of the Peabody Voice Achievement Award, and a HOBY alum. She is a popular speaker and guest lecturer at colleges, universities, and media events including UCLA, UNLV, and Rio Hondo College. This celebrity actress is most loved for her portrayal of the comedic character "Hottie" on the #1 hit MTV Networks Series "Flavor Of Love" and "Charm School". In addition to producing and acting, she is also a professional Voice Over artist, and narrator of audio books, animation voice-overs and interactive content Schatar is a published author, a graduate of University Of Pennsylvania and completed graduate studies at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. Born in Boston, Mass, Schatar is a classically trained actress, musician, dancer, and singer.
