As a child growing up in New Jersey, Lou developed a passion for music that determined his calling in entertainment. In 1990, Lou teamed up with Night Tracks producer Giles Ashford to create original programming for VH-1, including a half-hour special on Harry Connick Jr. The pair also collaborated on project development for Geffen Records, Pepsi-Cola International and American Top 40. After his numerous successes, Lou served as Director for three years and presided over some of the highest-rated episodes on the comedy series, Up All Night (1989) for USA Network. In 1995, he joined Virgin Interactive Entertainment to master one of the most recent frontiers in entertainment, interactive computer gaming. As Post-Production Director, he supervised the compositing of live-action footage with computer generated imagery for Virgin's latest generation of multi-media interactive games. Lou joined forces with Director, Robb Hart in 1998 and produced the live action for Star Trek: Klingon Academy (2000), a CD-ROM game for the Star Trek franchise in association with Paramount Licensing Division and Interplay productions. Lou worked with The WB Television Network in Marketing and On-Air Promotion for their Primetime programming from 1996 until 2006. He continued in Marketing/On-Air Promotion and launched the CW Television Network. In 2008, Lou became Director of On-Air Promotions for Lifetime Networks. He worked on many marketing campaigns for all of their programming including FYI and LMN Networks. 2016 he continued success as Director of Brand Creative promotions for A+E Networks International Marketing.
