Born on May 30th, 1979 in Mexico City, Sandro Halphen is one of the most prolific film producers of his generation; having produced almost two dozen films in a 15-year-span. His films range through all genres and have garnered several important festival awards including prizes at the Cannes, Toronto, San Sebastián, Havana and AFI Film Festivals. He is currently Head of Development at Corazón Films (2017), the leading independent production and distribution company in Mexico.
