Carey Ann Strelecki has been writing, directing and producing non-fiction television and film for over 20 years. She started working at WQED-TV in Pittsburgh in her early twenties on the international PBS series, "Space Age." From there, she garnered credits on National Geographic Television, TLC, History Channel, ABC, CBS, Discovery Channel, HGTV and NHK. In the 90's she branched out into themed entertainment starting at Disney's Imagineering and then produced media for Paul Allen's Science Fiction Museum in Seattle for Big Buddha Baba Productions and also for the California Academy of Sciences Museum in Golden Gate Park for Cinnabar Productions. She won the Golden CINE and other awards for "DoubleTake," the film that introduced Paul Allen's art collection at the Experience Music Project. She later co-produced the award-winning feature doc, "I Have Never Forgotten You" about Nazi hunter Simon Wiesenthal while simultaneously serving as the senior research consultant to "An Inconvenient Truth." She has also consulted on other feature films including "Fight Club," "You've Got Mail," "Blade" and "11.09.01" when she worked with Academy Award-winning director Alejandro Gonzales Inarritu (Biutiful, Babel, 21 Grams). Strelecki is a member of the Producers Guild of America, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Writers Guild of America.
