Born and raised in Manhattan, Daniel is a Writer, Director, Cinematographer, Editor & Actor. He's directed Emmy Award winner Marilyn Sokol and SAG president/Oscar nominee Richard Masur. As an actor he starred opposite Richard Masur, Marilyn Sokol, Academy Award winner Viola Davis, and Tony Award winner Mario Cantone. Daniel's award-winning work has screened around the world. Festivals include: Newport Beach Film Festival, USA Film Festival, First Time Fest, Greenwich International Film Festival, San Antonio Film Festival, Milan IFF, Garden State Film Festival and many others. Daniel created content for Barnes & Noble, Scholastic Corporation, The New York Times' company About New York City Ballet, NY Dept. of Health, The LGBT Center of New York, Casa Verde Food Co and many other businesses and organizations. His first feature film as a writer-director Lonely Boys (with Richard Masur, Gregory Lay, Alexandra Turshen & Mark Borkowski) ran film festivals and won awards throughout 2016 and found distribution with Filmrise.
