Rhias Hall

Born June 24th 1965, Rhias Hall is a Seattle, Washington actress and creative artist. She has appeared on stage many times, most notably as Annette Fullajello in Sylvia O'Stayformore's Hootenany. In addition to acting, Rhias also does creature and costume design for local film makers, still production photography, and special effects work.
