Anna Azevedo

Brazilian filmmaker and visual artist with works that explore the boundary between documentary, video art, and fiction. Anna's works have won awards and been shown in important international art institutions such as MoMA (NY), Somerset House (London), Venice, Mercosur and Montevideo Biennials; Berlinale Film Festival, Rotterdam Film Festival, HotDocs - Canadian Doc Film Festival, True or False Doc Film Festival, CPH:DOX - Copenhagen Doc Film Festival, Sheffield Doc Festival, Festival do Rio, and Mostra de S.Paulo. Anna has a Degree in Social Communication, a Post Graduation in Brazilian Literature and a Master Degree in Cinema.
