Elif Knight was born in Anatolia, Turkey and moved to London when she was three. Elif went to Drama School when she was 18 and was selected and awarded the Patricia Rothermere/Evening Standard Theatre Award in a joint award with Sir Richard Attenborough. Elif has been acting since the age of 9 first starting on stage. Elif has been working with the prestigious acting coach Jack Waltzer, from the Actor's Studio since 2010.
