Peter Stratford

27 April 1959, London, Ontario, Canada Peter Stratford was influenced by his father, Philip, who put on family based plays from 1967-1980 and grandfather, Charles de Puthod, a Beaux-Arts architect in Paris, France. Peter studied Architecure before turning to Film, first as stand-in for Donald Sutherland on Phillip Borsos's production Bethune: The Making of a Hero (1990) and began to design sets in Montreal, Canada with 'Francois Seguin' on the Sandor Stern 1988 production of Pin (1988). Peter now lives and continues to work as set designer and art director in Vancouver, Canada, his home since 1997.
