He has been passionate about films and the making of them all his life. Highlights from his career are the "Nel blu dipinto di blu Studios", which he created in Rome in 2000, where he has developed a multitude of shorts, television promos, sit-coms and film design projects, using tools including fluorescent lighting and a blue screen. His first short, "Space Off", won the prestigious Nastro D'Argento Award (akin to BAFTA). More recently he directed two sit-coms for Fox Italy: "Italiani nello Spazio" and "Ascensore". He created the "Piramide Channel", which is an experimental event featuring television that can be watched in only a theatre. Over the past twenty years he has also produced and directed more than one hundred videos (TV station ID's for MTV, Studio Universal, Sci-Fi Channel, Fox, RAI) as well as many corporate videos with advertising agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Young & Rubicam and McCann Erickson, involving pop stars, scientists, top managers, and Nobel prize winners.
