Daniel Taub is the creator and chief scriptwriter for the Israeli drama series, HeChatzer. Taub described the series as "a cross between Downton Abbey and the Chosen" which set out to break stereotypes about secular and religious people in Israeli society. In addition to his screenwriting, Taub is a prolific writer in other areas. He wrote a book of diplomatic insights called Parasha Diplomatit. He frequently writes articles about Israel and the Middle East and his work has appeared in The Times, the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph and the Huffington Post.
