Obsessed with movies since his mother first dropped him off to see "The World According To Garp" as a kid, Matt Glasson has had a lifelong passion as a filmmaker, a performer, and a musician. Raised in the 'burbs of Chicago, he attended film school at Columbia College for several years before abruptly dropping out and moving to New York City to launch the performance art rock group God The Band, which found moderate success on the indie anti-folk scene of the time. At the peak of their success, his love song, "Together," was performed by Katee Sackhoff for the CBS TV show, "The Education of Max Bickford." After the band split in 2002, Matt shifted his focus back to film and television, working first as a PA for Mo'Nique on "Showtime At The Apolo" and numerous other odd jobs before finding steady work as an editor and photographer. In 2010, Glasson co-wrote/co-produced and co-directed the feature film "Love Stalker," in which he also acts as the principal character Pete. Matt currently works at Comedy Central as a video editor for the network. He loves cats.
