Noelle Francis

Noelle Francis was born in Rhode Island, but grew up in Bloomington, Minnesota. She started her acting education at the Guthrie Lab in Minneapolis, prior to moving to Los Angeles. A community oriented person, she has been involved with Habitat For Humanity, Teach For America (for 2 years) and other causes. She has appeared in many independent feature films, honing her skills and talent as an actress.
